• WHO ARE WE ? •
Three people came together to create Pier Audio to bring you the best vacuum tubes equipment. With many years of experience in the distribution and optimization of several brands with recognized musical potential, Pier Audio is now engaged in the design of exclusive products in perfect harmony with our musical philosophy.
The "Gold" range is essentially dedicated to amplifiers with hybrid technology (vacuum / solid state) combining the obvious qualities of each technology
The "Classic" range, for pure vacuum tube technology fully “wired in the air”, equipped with oversized and powerful transformers, on a choice of EL84, KT88/6550, 300B, KT66 mounting, in order to obtain more sound depth and emotion on digital media
Our French brand Pier Audio is officially registered and protected by its deposit at the National Institute of Industrial Property “Institut national de la propriété industrielle’’ (Publication INPI -2011-03-04 (BOPI 2011-09).
We favour a quality behaviour, between craftsmanship and the marketing of high fidelity in the noble sense of the term.
Each designed product then chosen, is the subject of tests (musicality and reliability) with the development of an in-house prototype with powerful and qualified engineers, then their development by hours of listening with our engineers before any production.
The showroom includes a small and a large room for listening, the workshop is dedicated to testing, analysis, creation and customization of our products.
Finally, faithful to our line of conduct, we can host your equipment whatever the brand (except for lost causes) for an optimisation.

• OUR PHILOSOPHY •
If we would summarize Pier Audio's philosophy, it is best to know that our music experience comes from the stage original sound experience, "the live sound", and the knowledge gained during the great analogue sound era of the 1970s.
As the current fashion is to triturate or filter the frequencies more and more to end up with a surgical or synthetic sound that lacks depth and truth on most digital media, the result obtained is far from the initial source, which is more simple and real in its musical expression.
All these reasons are pushing us to conceive electronics with strong and natural energy while respecting the basic fundamentals such as electrical mechanics well known to the ancients and forgotten by the overzealous modern technicians Once this result is obtained, we opt for a linear and neutral sound without falling into the excesses of a sound too "vacuum tube" and coloured. A linear, neutral sound without harshness, with a consistent and lively sound, is our musical contribution.

• GARANTEE •
All sold products have 2 years long guarantee and our selected valves for 6 months. During the first 3 months of the guarantee period, a standard exchange is provided for all equipment sold according to the guidelines of the technical department. Please contact us in advance of any after-sales service (most interventions are due to a vacuum tube malfunction that can be detected and solved remotely).
NOTE: Any internal intervention, including unauthorised or in-house vacuum tube changes, may invalidate your 2-year contractual warranty.

Appointments are possible at our headquarters near Vendôme (41 - Loir et Cher) for professionals or at an approved dealer for individuals (see the interactive map on the distribution page).
We always prefer in store sales with listening and advice rather than the online purchase poorly adapted to the musical encounter and a real sound perception. The main thing is to have a real musical experience; and not to drown in the "common" range with an uncertain sound result.
